Before sharing ourselves erotically, we must take into account some behaviors that promote hygiene:

• Wash our hands before touching our genitals or those of another person.
• If we have had penetrative practices in the vagina, whether with fingers, a penis or an erotic toy, it is important to pee after intercourse to drag away any external bacteria that may have come into contact and thus avoid urinary tract infections. (cystitis).
