Self-love

This section on healthy relationships could only begin by talking about self-love. We consider that the relationship we have with ourselves is the basis of any shared, healthy and positive relationship.

We know that sometimes it is not easy to connect with the feeling of self-love, especially if we are going through a low mood or our self-esteem is low, but self-love is important. To encourage it, we can resort to self-care, through activities that increase our well-being.
